• Browser, device, and approximate file size.
• The expected result and what happened instead.
• The exact error message, when available.

Do not send private workbooks

Do not attach files containing names, email addresses, account numbers, confidential business information, customer data, or other private content. A small sanitized sample may be used only when necessary.

Before reporting an output problem

Check whether the issue involves formulas, charts, macros, images, external connections, styling, or another workbook feature that the selected tool does not promise to preserve.
